No Parcels Will Be Shipped via US Postal Service
No Deliveries Can Be Made to PO Boxes - Street Addresses Only

We Ship World-Wide Using the Following Guidelines

The buyer bears sole responsibility to comply with local laws regarding swords or daggers. These pieces are potential weapons and need to be considered as such.
Our shipping charges includes brokerage fees but any local duties or taxes are the buyers responsibility
Air service only available outside the US (Limited Ground Service Available in Canada)
Belgium, Germany, Northern Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland and UK : All items can be shipped via Fed Ex International Air for single items, depending on the piece. Suits of Armor must be quoted on an individual basis.

All Other countries (where legal) the cost depends on pieces ordered, size and weight.

Damages, Defects, Exchanges and Returns

You must contact us within 1 business day of delivery of any defective or damaged merchandise. You can do this by phone or via email.
No merchandise will be replaced after this time period. Note any visible box damage in writing with the carrier at the time of delivery.
You may of course exchange an item for another if it is not what you wanted.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of shipment - Product must be returned in New, Salable AND UNUSED condition.
All returns for refund will carry a 20% restocking fee - Freight costs are not refundable. Special Order Items including Full Size Suits of Armor and custom painted shields are non-returnable.

No merchandise will be sold to persons under the age of 18! Items are sold strictly for display and/or collecting purposes and are not intended in any way to be used as a weapon in actual combat, simulated combat, historical or other recreations of any type, or any other situation. Wearable pieces are for costume purposes only and not meant to provide adequate body protection in actual combat, simulated combat, historical or other recreations of any type, or any other situation. The seller is in no way responsible for any damages or injury resulting from the use or misuse of this item. Laws vary from region to region. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer to comply with any local city, state, county or other regulations, laws or ordinances regarding ownership of any of our products. The buyer also bears the responsibility to ascertain that it is in fact legal for any item to be sold to them and to be shipped to their address.
