Please take a moment to review our shipping rates. These prices reflect Continental U.S. delivery with standard ground service. If you would like an item shipped outside the United States please see the International Shipping Guidelines Below. All Rates Include Insurance for Total Value of the Merchandise

All Shipping Done By UPS or FED EX (Ground or Air) and Common Carrier (when Needed)
No Parcels Will Be Shipped via US Postal Service
No Deliveries Can Be Made to PO Boxes - Street Addresses Only 

Continental US (48 states):  All Freight is based on weight and varies from item to item

We Can Ship APO / FPO with some limitations. Call or email us for and accurate quote

Hawaii  ,  Alaska and Canadian shipping rates  are quoted on an individual basis. 
International orders will have customs and entry fees.

We Ship World-Wide Using the Following Guidelines

• The buyer bears sole responsibility to comply with local laws regarding swords or daggers. These pieces are potential weapons and need to be considered as such.

• Our shipping charges includes brokerage fees but any local duties or taxes are the buyers responsibility

• Air service only available outside the US (Limited Ground Service Available in Canada)

• Belgium, Germany, Northern Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland and UK : All items can be shipped via Fed Ex International Air  for single items, depending on the piece. Suits of Armor must be quoted on an individual basis.

• All Other countries (where legal) the cost depends on pieces ordered, size and weight.

• You must contact us within 1 business day of delivery of any defective or damaged merchandise. You can do this by phone or via email.

• No merchandise will be replaced after this time period. Note any visible box damage in writing with the carrier at the time of delivery.

• You may of course exchange an item for another if it is not what you wanted.

• No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of shipment - Product must be returned in New, Salable AND UNUSED condition.

• Attn: No Returns for Refund Will Be Accepted Between October 26th and November 13th . You May Only Exchange an Item During This Halloween Costume Time Period. Sorry, we've had too many people buy things, wear them to Halloween parties, trash them and then want to return them for full refund. We are happy to exchange something in good unused condition however if it doesn't work for you.

• All returns for refund will carry a 20% restocking fee - Freight costs are not refundable. 
  Special Order Items, Full Size Suits of Armor and custom painted shields are non-returnable.

  Lead Time . . .
  We normally ship orders within 1 business day. Delivery lead time varies from 2-8 business days. Rush service is available via 2 day and next day air. Rush orders placed after 12:00 noon will be shipped the following day.

  Our Shipping  . . .
  is done via either FED EX Ground or UPS. Both offer equivalent service to all areas of the country for retail delivery. Larger wholesale orders can sometimes be shipped via common carriers to save on freight. This only applies to multiple bolt orders shipped to the same location.

  is as easy as it can be . Returning customers can start a new order or place a duplicate order just like you did last time. Just place the items that you want into you cart, continue shopping, then checkout anytime you like. The entire process is secure to protect your information from hackers and credit thieves.
